what is assemble?
We are a community of coaches and athletes concerned about optimizing our health and performance while living our lives to the MAX.
Our workouts are rooted in exercise science concepts and come from a background of sports performance strength and conditioning. Throughout a two week span, a member is exposed to strength, mobility, yoga, mental conditioning, and most notably our varying intensities of conditioning which we use for building a stronger overall system.
Our programming is intentionally designed to efficiently produce overall health and performance results without sacrificing longevity. We place a big emphasis on quality form and reducing exposure to unnecessary joint impact while focusing on both movement patterns and balancing muscular strength.
Our athletes all have different bodies, goals, and often times individual requirements when it comes to areas like mobility/injuries/etc. Therefore, we aim to provide as much functional freedom and education around the ‘why’ behind what we are doing so our athletes can make a movement choice that aligns best with his/her body.
We offer a couple different class formats: functional strength, max effort conditioning, hybrid, endurance, and yoga. We structure our programming in a way that not only makes it physically possible to workout throughout the entire week without aches/pains/injury, but we actually encourage it for the most overall results (which is why our pricing options place the most value within the unlimited category.)

Conversation → Connection → Community
From the constant WHOOP chatter during class about how each person’s sleep was the night before and whether recovery is in the green, yellow, or the (dare we say it) red... to dealing with stress, infertility, and loss - the conversations in this community are both honest and yet also refreshing. The support for everyone’s overall health is wired deep into this community, so deep that while there’s always some type of science tidbit or piece of knowledge to be served from our coaches, the athletes might be equally if not more supportive and invested in everyone’s health, goals, and quality of life trending in a positive direction.
Our community is strong because the connections are real. The connections are real because they have been built upon collective hard work (what's up MAX), and also honest conversations involving humility and true authenticity.
Our coaching team
Our team of coaches and instructors varies in personality, interests, background, and coaching style. One thing that holds true in all of our coaches and instructors is that we all aim to provide a welcoming and safe environment to meet you as you are and safely challenge you from that point forward, both physically and mentally.

We take a holistic, educated approach to performance driven programming. Everything we create for our community must meet three criteria; it must be efficient, effective, and sustainable. We are concerned with producing results, but not at the expense of longevity.
From our weekly workouts to workshops and trainings, we place a really large emphasis on being a messenger of knowledge. We aim to provide our members continuous education and unparalleled value by sharing every ounce of science and evidence-based research we know to be tried and true within our own bodies, practices, and overall lives.
