SUMMER SHRED is an opportunity over the course of eight weeks (July 5-August 29) to dial in your nutrition and improve body composition. We take an intuitive macros-tailored approach to nutrition focusing on making quality food choices without challenging you to any forced restrictions (we would actually rather let you determine how certain foods impact your own digestion, performance, and mood). SUMMER SHRED will provide you with personalized tools and community support to help you get your macros in check and determine what foods really work best for your body and brain to function.

- Minimum of three ASSEMBLE workouts per week (not included in cost)
