DROP-IN

We love guests! We welcome all yoga drop-ins, and drop-in guests for our strength & conditioning format classes, but we do have a request that anyone attending any non-yoga classes must have experience with the machines we use: Assault AirRunner Treadmills, Concept2 BikeErg/SkiErg/RowErg, and Echo Bike. We request this because it helps ensure the best (and safest) experience for new athletes, current athletes, and all of our coaches.

The Next Steps Are Easy:

`1. Fill out the intake form below, this allows us to better understand you as an athlete

2. Download the app, create an account, select the drop-in from our shopping tab, and then reserve your class!

3. Please arrive early so the coach can meet you, brief you on the format of the workout, etc.

FAQ

Q. What do I need for the workout?
A. Make sure you have fuel in your system for any of our conditioning workouts! Then all you need from there is clean shoes separate from what you wear to the gym, a water bottle, a towel, and an open mindset!

Q. What if I don’t have any experience with the machines?
A. Fill out the form below and we will reach out to you! We would still love to have you join us, we just have to take a few extra steps!

4. In the Shopping tab, you will choose the ‘Drop In’ option
