Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach who embodies the same dedication to hard work and authenticity that defines our culture. The ideal candidate will be NSCA CSCS certified and ready to join a team that prioritizes integrity, effort, and results. If you are a coach who enjoys finding the balance between sustainable training and pushing the boundaries of what's possible for both yourself and athletes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example inside and outside the gym 
- Demonstrating and correcting proper technique on Olympic lifts, sprinting mechanics, Concept2 machines, etc. 
- Coach athlete intelligence, enhancing their ability to train smart, make informed decisions, and optimize performance 
- Foster a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all members 
- Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure that our gym remains at the cutting edge of performance coaching 
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to maintain and grow our unique team culture 
Qualifications:
- NSCA CSCS certification 
- Proven experience in strength and conditioning coaching, preferably in a performance-oriented setting 
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse client base. 
- A personal commitment to health, performance, and continuous improvement. 
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the values of hard work, discipline, and dedication.
