WEEKLY SCHEDULE

CLASS TIME SUGGESTIONS
Our current class times are based off of the requests from our members, if our class times do not work for you and you would like to submit suggestions, please send us a message. We are happy to add a time if you have a group of people who will attend.

ASSEMBLE THREE HOUR ACCOUNTABILITY
For any member who cancels their reservation less than 3 hours before the start of class, a penalty fee is incurred. If there is no one signed up for class twelve hours prior to class time the class will be removed from the schedule.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (STRENGTH)
Our Functional Strength classes are focused on quality form while building muscular strength necessary for performance/athletics, aesthetic, and overall health.
Bring: Clean shoes + towel + water bottle


ENDURANCE (E:30, E:45, E:60)
In every endurance class we will index on the breath work and pacing. You will be active the entire class time.
E = Endurance, 30/40/60 = minutes of class
Bring: Clean shoes + towel + water bottle

MAXIMAL EFFORT CONDITIONING (MAX)
High intensity training meant for athletes: work hard and rest! You can guarantee two things: 1. You will almost always be on a team for this class. 2. You need to make sure you get plenty of food and hydration in your system the within 48 hours prior.
Bring: Clean shoes + towel + water bottle

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (S&C)
This class is a combination of strength and conditioning (sometimes max conditioning, sometimes endurance).
Bring: Clean shoes + towel + water bottle

YOGA (YOGA, Y:30)
A combination of vinyasa (flow/movement), hatha (intentional holds), and mobility work to strengthen your body, mind, and soul.
Y = Yoga, 30 = minutes of class 
Bring: Yoga mat and blocks

E:30 + Y:30 
The first 30 minutes of this class are dedicated to endurance, the last 30 minutes are yoga and mobility work. 

LIMITLESS
This class is designed to test your limits; challenging you to the point where most will want to quit.
​This is not for the faint of heart, this is for the limitless and will redefine your path forward.
*Should not consume alcohol within 72 hours of event
**Pre-requisite: Must attend at least one maximal effort conditioning class prior to a Limitless class
